There are no available therapists or doctors qualified to help. I will navigate my mental chaos 100% on my own, through my own intellect, intuition, & creativity.

There is no one to empower me to save myself. I will become my own lighthouse to guide me safely home to shore.

Kristin, this is my promise to you: when there is no one else, I will be there for you, always. You are already more than enough.

There is no one to explain my disability to the world. I will step up to the challenge of explaining subconscious activity of an insane woman, & it will be GLORIOUS—the most epic mental illness chronicles this world has ever seen.

There is no one to swoop in & be my saving grace. I will be your saving grace, Kristin, & then we will be the saving grace for many others as well. Grow with me in these superpowers we have been BLESSED with.

There is no one to show me that living the life I desire with this disorder is possible. I will conquer the impossible & set the example for others with that same struggle of having no one to provide a beacon of hope.

Kristin, this is my promise to you: the more difficult the path, the more rewarding the journey ultimately is. You are already changing more lives than you know. Keep going.
